Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai, Taliban's deputy foreign minister has announced that the Islamic Emirate will provide access to work and education to all its citizens, particularly women and girls, within the Islamic framework. The Taliban late last year banned women from universities, sparking international condemnation while it already faces isolation globally.
