As we know, for Volkswagen Golf 2011-2017, the headlight low beam size is H7, but it comes with a special retainer holder, which locks the halogen H7 bulb on the housing socket. So the adapter is required if installing the H7 LED bulbs with cooling fan. But the universal adapter is very hard to fix the LED bulb on the headlight housing, and poor output lighting, horrible beam pattern.
So, Lasfit developed the custom-made H7 LED bulbs to fit this special type. All-in-one design, built-in two pins to connect the stock connectors, no wires.

Also, about the high beam bulb size H15, it is the same design as OEM H15 halogen bulb. It also works as daytime time running lights.
