I love this bag so much that I got two in different colours. :p Yes, Prada has its fair share of problem with this bag but i really like it alot and i'm willing to overlook the flaw of the bag. Recently I brought my bag in to Prada boutique in Singapore for a free servicing and I had quite a good experience. Please watch on as I share my experience with you.
