📌 Ingredients:

1 lb scallops
½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat!)
1 tsp sesame oil
Green onions & sesame seeds for garnish

🔥 How to Make It (Quick Steps):
1️⃣ Pat dry scallops & shrimp for the best sear.
2️⃣ Sear scallops in hot oil (2 min per side), then set aside.
3️⃣ Cook shrimp in the same pan (1 min per side), then set aside.
4️⃣ Make the sauce: Sauté garlic, then add gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes.
5️⃣ Add heavy cream, stir, and let it thicken.
6️⃣ Toss scallops & shrimp back in and coat with the sauce.
7️⃣ Finish with sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds.
