I originally uploaded on youtube, lost the original copy of the film, so quality sucks.

Merkava Yeruka (2005), was an Israeli cinematic treatment of the story of a 'Russian Israeli' who tries to become religious.

The song 'Green Chariot' was composed by Alexander Sukhanov. Sukhanov (as all his songs are based on poems) in this case used the lyrics from a Yiddish poem by Ovsey Driz which refer to Merkavah in Kabbalah as it appears in a northern winter.

The actor is not famous (Vitaly Freeman), but the actress (Luci Dubinchik) is well known theatrical actress in Israel.
