So, we didn’t think she’d actually be as good as she is right? I know she’s a newer unit, but the fact that she’s this strong for On-Type is very surprising and if you want to meme around and off-type with her, she’s probably still a better off-typer than Looker, even without zone! She’s a blessing for f2p players, since even in the general pool, every ground type is a nuker, and not that good of dps. Hapu isn’t that reliable either due to her insane setup, even without accuracy debuffs. So the fact that Naomi can has good nuking stuff along with having some really nice and reliable dps that’s pretty simple to set up is great for f2ps! She’s great for off-type duel strikes too, just so long as the other pair has supper effective damage, which can be great for gantlet. At this point, I think everyone knows how good she is. Definitely the best “meme” unit so far. Enjoy!

0:00 General Use

Due to not having Courtney still, I decided to bring Roxanne to help Naomi’s Speed buffs and Ingo cause he’s Ingo. Her sync damage also surpassed my expectations. It legit did about as much as Nanu’s sync which is definitely a compliment to her.


2:07 F2P

Decided to use a team for what she’ll mostly be used for, f2ps lacking ground types! Acerola is the best free sand setter (aside from Raihan now, but he’s not technically f2p). I EXed my Classic Giovanni the other day and decided this was the perfect opportunity to try him out. I already did a showcase for him, so this will be his debut, with him helping Naomi’s offensive buffs and helping Acerola skip turns with flinch.


4:34 Off-Type Meme

Never use her off-type! She’s primarily built for ground damage so there’s no point in off-typing with her, especially when units like Cyrus exist. That being said, I decided to do it for the meme and the fact that DeNA decided that THIS how we should try to use her by not debuting her with a ground stage. Brought Lucian for Special Defense debuffs and to nuke Marshal for a faster clear.


6:49 Gauntlet Example Vs Latios

This was legitimately the exact team I used for Gaunlet. I figured there was no way Zinnia and Ingo could 2v3 (they probably could’ve, but I lack patience lol), so decided to bring Naomi, since I didn’t get to try her out yet. She made this clear much quicker especially with her Earth Power chip damage being very helpful. I forgot about On a Roll 3 before I did this run, but she can still easily help out other pairs
without it.
