🍳 Ingredients
For the Pork Belly:
• 12 oz (350 g) pork belly
• 1 tsp (4 g) sugar
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2–3 green onions, chopped

For the Fried Rice:
• 2 eggs
• 1–1½ cups (200–300 g) cooked rice
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1–2 tbsp (15–30 ml) vegetable oil

🔪 Recipe Steps
1. Slice the pork belly and fry for 3–4 minutes on each side.
2. Cut into bite-sized pieces and return to the same pan.
3. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add minced garlic and cook 30 sec–1 min.
5. Add chopped green onions and sauté 30 seconds.
6. For the rice: scramble 2 eggs in a skillet with oil.
7. Season, then add cooked rice. Stir and fry for 2–3 minutes.
8. Combine with pork belly or serve on the side.
