Requesting My Moms Specialty

Since school is back here in the Philippines my Mom can only make it on the weekends, so when she does come back or my sister I request one of my favorite dishes that I consider one of her specialities and you should all know what that is by now. Today we also spent mostly with the kids as we had no one in our place. So we took that chance to spend a full day hanging out with the kids and eating some good food.
