E harmonic & melodic minor CHORDS

Welcome to my course! My name is Stephen, and I have been teaching #Ukulele for ten years. My course has five levels, where I take students from playing with one finger on each hand through to learning scales, chords, fingerpicking and strumming using classic songs and melodies. On the final level, we combine all of the techniques by playing chord/melody arrangements of songs. By the end of the course you will have learned :

1. Over 200 songs from around the world, including tunes from film, television and musicals
2. Major, minor, Pentatonic and Blues Scales
3. Major, minor, 7th, Augmented and Diminished chords
4. Moveable Scale and Chord shapes to enable you to play everywhere on the neck
5. Improvising over a 12-bar blues progression

My play through videos will be supported by lesson videos. The play through videos show students how a song sounds when played at tempo and with a backing track. Students can learn the music on screen and play along, and can also learn the chords and strum along as accompaniment. I have arranged the songs so that the difficulty increases gradually, so it is best for new students to start at the beginning of the first level.
