Join us as we embark on an exhilarating hiking adventure in Innsbruck, Austria. Today's journey takes us to the Seefelder Spitze, a 7 mile out and back trail with 3200 feet of elevation gain.

The steep climb made this 5 hour trek a bit challenging, but the 360-degree panoramas of the Austrian Alps, mountaintop sandwiches, & traditional Austrian desserts, made it all worth it.

For those who prefer a more relaxed journey, there's 100% a cable car option to whisk you to the top, so if the climb isn't your style but you want to enjoy these beautiful views, I encourage you to check that on out.

As for transportation from Innsbruck - Go to the main Innsbruck train station (Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof) and find a kiosk for OBB.. Plug in the town Seefeld (Rosshütte) and there should be a few options, believe we took the S6. That should drop you off at the main trainstation in Seefeld which is then about a 20 minute walk to the start of the trail. (Just be mindful of the walk when planning your train ride home)
