Ingredients:

1 cup fenugreek leaves (methi), finely chopped
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
5 to 6 Green chillies
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Ghee or oil for cooking


Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll them out into small circles.
Place a spoonful of the prepared fenugreek mixture in the center of each circle.
Fold the edges of the circle to cover the filling, forming a pocket.
Gently roll out each stuffed ball into a paratha.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the parathas with a little ghee or oil until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
