All the wage poor earners come under the scope of the scheme. The central government; has launched the scheme in 2006, to provide minimum employment to all the poor in the country. Under the scheme, work would be provided to every village poor labourer for 100 days in an year. Wages of Rs. 85 would be provided for a days work.
