Texas shooting: Officer uses hand sanitiser while gunman attacks school

New footage released shows the moment Salvador Ramos entered Robb Elementary School in Uvalde and killed nineteen children and two teachers.

It also shows a police officer stopping to get hand sanitiser while the gunman is in the building.
