1/4 cup Milk (may need little less or more - aim for a soft dough) - milk helps reduce sourness in sourdough..you may use water instead
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Flaxmeal or flaxseed powder (optional)
1 tsp Sweetener (jaggery powder used in this recipe, but honey or maple syrup can be substituted)
