Today at Embers we are cooking some Lamb on the Kamado! Trevor goes over how to prep your lamb, how to set up your Kamado, and how to reverse sear.

There are a lot of different ways to go about this, but our method provided the Embers crew with some delicious Lamb Lolli pops! Trevor shows how us to to prep the lamb by removing the fat and membrane. Afterwards we season the lamb with our favorite, Kosmos SPG. This seasoning is made promptly of salt, pepper, and garlic.

After prep Trevor shows us his skills on the Kamado! He starts by showing his two tier indirect cooking method. This is an interesting method because of the accessories used on the Kamado. He also goes over the difference between normal searing and reverse searing. Watch the video to see how the Lamb turned out!
