When Cerner, an international health care technology company based in Missouri, wanted to offer the best in bariatric surgery to its U.S. Health Plan members, they contracted with ChristianaCare, a national center of excellence in the weight loss procedure.

Three Cerner employees traveled from the company's headquarters in Kansas City to ChristianaCare's Wilmington Hospital for their surgeries. In this video Julia Heriford shares her story from pre-surgery to six months post-surgery.
