Certified Yoga Professional with advanced training in multiple traditional and modern yogic systems. She holds a Yoga Therapy Certificate from Shivdarshan Yoga Vidyalaya, affiliated with the Bihar School of Yoga, and an M.Sc. in Yoga from Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, Chennai. She is also a Certified Tantra Yogi from Tantra Yoga Vidya Peedam, Chennai, and has completed a P.G. Diploma in Thirumandhiramum Vazhviyalum from the World Tamil Research Centre, Chennai.
In addition, she holds an M.Sc. in Counseling and Psychotherapy from Tamil Nadu Open University and is currently pursuing research in Yoga, integrating mind-body science with traditional yogic wisdom.
