"The new Tatra Phoenix is ​​designed to live up to the reputation associated with the Tatra brand and to fulfil the Tatra motto of “Tatra is more”. Like its predecessors, it will provide reliable service for many years to come and will carry the user to where they need to go, whether charging or for devices, under all conditions.

A new cabin with high safety, ergonomics and comfort
The new Tatra Phoenix uses the DAF XDC cab (Construction series), which has been detailed with maximum safety, durability and comfort in mind, provides a better view and overview around the truck and is aerodynamically optimised for the lowest possible fuel consumption.

It is offered with LED technology in the exterior lighting, modern comfort systems, a wide range of accessories and designs.

“The cabin is available in both short (daytime) and extended (with bed) versions, as well as in a roofed bed version with one or two beds. The driver will have access to a modern digital dashboard with improved ergonomics and simplified controls. The cabin also features newly designed anatomical, air-heated seats that provide safe and healthy seating.

Layout of the proven Tatra layout and improved economical engines
The new generation of the Tatra Phoenix model retains the Tatra layout with a central backbone tube, where the drive shafts and differentials are stored. The chassis is traditionally available with independently swiveling half-axles with air solutions, which is unique in the world in the segment of heavy four-wheel drive trucks.

The basic configurations offered for the new generation vehicles are 4×4, 6×6, 8×8 and 8×6, with a four-axle version with a 1+3 configuration (i.e. three rear axles) also available. However, multi-axle with a dependent number of steered and driven rear axles will also be natural, depending on the product options.

High driving stability is ensured during driving, thanks to the features that are particularly useful when driving on roads or in mixed traffic (road and heavy off-road). parts, the assembly of various superstructures without the necessary components and in most cases without intermediate parts; the center of gravity is lower and the carrying capacity is higher.

The new generation Tatra Phoenix trucks are equipped with advanced Paccar engines with the latest technologies and designs, MX-11 and MX-13. The MX-11 engines will be available in 300 and 330 kW power versions, while the MX-13 engines will be available in 315, 355 or 390 kW power versions. ZF TraXon automatic engines are offered as standard, while Allison fully automatic engines can also be installed as a frame.

The new generation Tatra Phoenix also offers innovations in the field of electronic and support systems that have become common standards in trucks and commercial vehicles.

“For example, it will offer an automatic front camera wiper control system, an automatic exterior switching lighting system or a Corner View system that eliminates blind spots in the driver and passenger compartments and further increases safety when driving on and off-road.

It also features a Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) or a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) that measures and monitors real tire pressures on all connections.
