These tortilla kebab skewers are stacked, filled with raw seasoned meat, and grilled or baked to crispy, golden perfection. A fast and fun recipe that’s perfect for your next gathering. Must try !

Ingredients
To a processor
bunch of cilantro or parsley
1 white onion
6-8 garlic
1 red pepper

Give it a Blend. Squeeze out the excess water.

-add this mixture to 2 lb lean ground beef along with:
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp ground coriander,
1 tsp ground cumin,
Salt to taste
1 tbsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp sumac
1 tsp black pepper, and
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Mix well and set aside.

White sauce
Mayonnaise 1/3 cup
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Mix it well and set aside in the refrigerator.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, mix raw ground meat with paprika, cumin, coriander powder, chili flakes , sumac ( if you are using)salt, and black pepper. Add squeezed onion pepper mix. Mix it well with your hand and refrigerate.
2. Am using 8 large flour tortillas (cut off the edges for more even skewers)
3. Spread a thin and even layer of spiced meat onto the first tortilla, add another tortilla on top and repeat the process.
4. On a flat surface, layer the tortillas, spreading a thin layer of spiced raw meat between each one.
5. Gently press the stack together, then slice into thick vertical strips (about 1.5 inches wide).
6. Carefully thread each strip onto a skewer vertically.
7. Preheat your grill or oven to 425°F
8. place skewers on a parchment-lined tray and bake for 30 minutes, until the meat is cooked and tortillas are crisp.
9. Serve hot with your favorite sauces, sliced onions and chopped cucumber
