ToeOFF® 2.0 & 2 1/2 D-Ring Tutorial

These instructions are for any 2.0 or 2 1/2 model of Allard AFO.

Note: D-Ring should be attached to the appropriate side of the AFO so it can be removed using the hand with greater dexterity.

1) Lay longer strap (soft side against brace) across top front of AFO with D-Ring on the side for right or left hand pull.

2) Grasp the end of the strap with D-Ring. Align long side of tab along edge of wing. Fold the tab inward and press into hook
material on the inner side of wing. Repeat on opposite side.

3) Repeat for lower strap.

4) Wrap strap around back of leg, loop through D-Ring.

5) Secure to Velcro patch. If necessary, adjust position of the removable Velcro patch and trim excess material to accommodate strap length.

IMPORTANT: White side of Velcro patch should always face down to prevent strap damage.

6) Repeat for lower strap.
