We set out deep into the Louisiana swamps for one of the most intense hunts of my life, chasing down a massive gator that tested every bit of grit we had. The fight in that murky water was raw and dangerous, the kind of adrenaline rush that makes your heart pound through your chest. But this story didn’t end with just a trophy—we carried it full circle. After the hunt, we cleaned the gator and brought the meat back home, where I cooked up an alligator poboy.
