Dried Fruit Pickle / Acar Buah
Ingredients:
Mixed dried fruits (raisins, prune, apricot, nutmeg etc.)
Shallots
Garlic
4 tbsp chillie paste
2 tbsp chillie powder
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp tumeric
1 tbsp garam masala
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
Salt to taste
1/4 cup sugar syrup
3 cinnamon
4 star anise
4 cardarmom
6 cloves
Spice : (toasted - use 1 tsp spice mix)
Coriander seeds
Fennel seeds
Cumin seeds
Black pepper

Blended ingredients:
10 shallots
6 garlic
5cm ginger
