I am sorry to put this up with us both in such a mess, but we need to show the RAW truth. We are at breaking point, we are not coping and we are NOT OK! we need help and we are NOT getting any. We need support and we are not getting any. We are at out wits end. This is real life, this is real social care. This is true reality of how disabled and chronically ill people are being left to suffer.
