Weightless Globalization and the Great Convergence│Richard Baldwin(Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Professor): Globalization has changed in the past and will change again in the future – and the pandemic has accelerated the pace of change. Our “intellectual infrastructure” for thinking about globalization, however, is stuck in the past; old thought patterns are dangerously out of date and are keeping us from understanding the future and seizing the opportunities it is creating.
