FULL PITA BREAD RECIPE

*INGREDIENTS:*
1 packet Instant Yeast
1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Lukewarm Milk
1 Teacup Lukewarm Water
3 Tablespoons Yogurt
2-3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil (or Olive Oil)
Approximately 4-5 Cups All-Purpose Flour (gradually added)
1 Teaspoon Salt

*INSTRUCTIONS SUMMARY:*
1. Activate yeast, sugar, milk, water, yogurt, and oil. Let sit 5-6 minutes.
2. Gradually add flour and salt. Knead until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
3. Knead on the countertop for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
4. Allow dough to bulk ferment until doubled in size (approx. 1 hour, depending on temperature).
