Lemon Shandy
INGREDIENTS
16 oz beer
1 oz TeaZone lemon syrup
1 lemon slice

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add half of your beer into the cup.
2. Add lemon syrup, then gently stir til roughly mixed.
3. Add the rest of your beer.
4. Garnish with lemon slice.

Seafood Boil
INGREDIENTS
2 oz of seasoning powder
1/2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tbsp of mustard powder
1/2 tbsp of paprika powder
5 oz of unsalted butter
6 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tbsp boil seasoning
30 oz of water
1 lemon (slices)
1 onion (chunks)
5 smoked suasages
3 potatoes (chunks)
corn (chunks)
15 shrimp
15 clams
3 Lobster tails
vegetables of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Boil seasoning: mix 2 oz of seasoning powder, 1/2 tbsp of sugar, 1/2 tbsp of mustard powder, and 1/2 tbsp of paprika powder in a bowl
2. Cajun butter: Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add garlic and boil seasoning into the melted butter. Stir until it is well mixed
3. Add lemon, onion, boil seasoning into the boiling water. Then wait until it boils again.
4. Adjust the seasoning to your preference by adding more seasoning or more water.
5. Add potatoes, sausages, and corn into the pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add seafood and all the other vegetables you prefer. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
7. Drain the boiling water, and place the food into a large bowl.
8. Add Cajun butter and mix it gently.
9. Enjoy!
