Disclaimer. I said something wrong in my video. I said the last time I weighed 140 was December 19th, but I made a mistake. January 9th I was 140.6. You'll see what I'm talking about in the video.

Last week due to several events, I gained about 5 pounds of water weight, and in this video I’m sharing exactly how I work on getting it off ASAP, in a natural and supportive way.

This isn’t about extremes or quick fixes — it’s about supporting the body, reducing bloating, and getting back into balance using a plant-based, high-raw approach that works for me.

If you’ve ever felt puffy, heavy, or off after travel, certain foods, or life happening, this video shows what I personally do to reset, release excess water, and feel like myself again.
