Cape Liberty Cruise Port Terminal & Ship Embarkation (4K)

Описание к видео Cape Liberty Cruise Port Terminal & Ship Embarkation (4K)

See what it is like embarking on a cruise going out of Cape Liberty Cruise Terminal at the Port of New Jersey in Bayonne. We were boarding the Celebrity Summit cruise ship for an 11 day Bermuda & New England cruise in June 2019.

The embarkation process was fairly quick. After dropping off our large 50 pound luggage, we proceeded inside the terminal building for an airport-style security screening. That took about 15 minutes. Then it was about another 10-15 minute wait to get to one of the check-in desks, where you would have to provide your passport & cruise documentation. This is also where you would receive your room key cards, and where you get your ID photo taken. That took about 10 minutes. Then it was onward upstairs to the gangway and right onto the cruise ship. After eating lunch and a mandatory muster drill for safety, we took in a pretty sail-away from Cape Liberty. The GCT Bayonne ExpressRail Port Jersey was next door and it was interesting seeing some of the Terex vehicles designed to handle containers at work.
