Captain Phillips (2013) Reaction & Review! FIRST TIME WATCHING!!

Captain Phillips was exhilarating! It was well shot and directed by Paul Greengrass and the script was tight and to the point. I still can’t believe that this actually happened and I’d really appreciate if you could point me to a well-made documentary on the subject. The performances by Tom Hanks and Barkhad Abdi were some of the best I’ve seen all year, the sound design was stellar and the camera work was just perfection. I would highly recommend this film for everyone. At the heart of it, this wasn’t only a story of hijacking but also desperation and heroics.
