I wrote this song right after watching Eminems doc "Stan".... I was inspired thinking about how this all started for me and how far I have come. Around 11 PM one night I had a mental break down and decided to drive all the way back to my hometown. I slept in my car that night and didn't really know what to do with myself once I came down from whatever made me leave in the first place... and then it hit me. I came home to shoot the music video for this song. I went and picked up a friend of mine and we shot this that day. I sat on the step of one of the trailers i grew up in... we went back to my old high school to shoot... It was a very trippy feeling. This song is honest... and gives you a look into how I am currently feeling in this career path. Nothing is perfect... growth is hard but the journey is worth it.
