Jia’s favourite Egg Curry | Easy Egg Curry Recipe | Jia's favourite curry | Grandma's secret recipe for Jia

Ingredients

Boiled egg 6 pcs
Potatoes small sized boiled 8 pcs
Chopped onions 1 medium sizes
Chopped tomatoes 1 medium size
Ginger paste 1 Tbl spoon
Garlic paste 1 Tbl spoon
Bay leaves 4 pcs
Coriander powder 1 Tsp
Cumin powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Chilli optional
Tomato sauce 1 Tbl spoon( secret ingredient)
Canola oil 2 Tbl spoon
Salt to taste

Instructions

Pour oil in a heated pan
Add Bay leaves
Add onions till they are golden brown
Add Ginger paste
Add Garlic paste
Add Tomatoes
Add turmeric powder
Add a cup of water and mix
Add salt to taste
Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes
Add tomato sauce ( jia’s secret ingredient)
Add potatoes and mix
Add boiled eggs
Add coriander powder
Add cumin powder
Add chilli to taste (Optional)
Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes

Add coriander leaves before seeing.

Jia’s Egg curry is ready to be served
