I would say stop chasing the latest diet trend and start building a healthy lifestyle that works for you! The diet industry is a $250 billion business that profits from the fact that diets don't work long-term, promoting quick fixes and miracle solutions that are not sustainable.

The video also provides practical NHS backed lifestyle advice:
Avoiding junk food and ultra-processed foods, but allowing for occasional treats.
Focusing on whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and fish.
