INGREDIENTS:
Minced meat - 1/2 Kg
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - a per taste
Water - 1/3 cup
For chopping:
Ginger - 2 piece (2 inch each)
Garlic - 10 pods
Green chilies - 3 medium size
Curry leaves - 2 tablespoon
Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
For cooking:
Oil - 1/3 cup
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Fennel powder - 1 teaspoon
Big onion - 1/2 Kg (finely chopped)
Salt - a per taste
Grated coconut - 1 cup

IMPORTANT NOTE : Keep away from water.
