My first ice bath

I usually start off with some figure drawing to warm up my brain and hand. Then I choose a topic. I gotta think about out. Maybe cluster or free write to gather my thoughts. Then I talk about it.

Today I went into landmarks or goals. But I used it to talk about a presentation I made back in 2005 when I was studying in the UK.

It was for a classes on Shakespeare. I had to give a presentation on “story”

I wrapped up my livestream with my first ice bath.
