This bass/guitar is currently setup in Bass VI tuning EADGBE, but unlike a traditional Bass VI this instrument has the string spacing and feel of a real 6 string Bass. This tuning allows guitar players to very easily adapt to playing in this lower register, and makes higher chord voicing easier than in traditional BEADGC tuning. The Bass can be changed back to traditional 6 string tuning if desired, all that needs to change is the string gauge.

All Form Factor instruments utilize Dual Truss Rods with “Easy Wheel” Dual truss rod adjustment system made from Titanium to maintain neck stiffness, stability and reduce weight. There are a lot of basses on the marketwith a tendency to have weak neck binding structures due to high string tensions.For this reason, two Titanium rods are applied to all bass guitars.

Each guitar/bass comes with ALBRIDGE parts Custom Light Weight Duralumin bridge,with Orthodox Bell Bronze saddles and extra-hard tension saddle springs to eliminate annoying parasitic rattles/vibrations coming from other types of bridges.
