Taken in the last weeks/months of the tower being open likely in the late fall or early winter of 1994 into 1995. New signals have sprouted up for the "new" CP 101 and the container and other equipment are giveaways that this was taken when the tower's days as an interlocking station were numbered. AC tower did close on January 18th, 1995.
