What camera am I using for my videos? Nikon D3100 Review!

I'd started receiving this question a lot... "What camera are you using for your videos?" - so I thought I would share a quick & basic review of my camera!

My newest videos (that are HD) have been shot with a Nikon D3100 DSLR camera, that also has the capability to take videos in HD. It is a great entry level DSLR camera and has been super user friendly to learn how to use. I use it a vast majority of the time in Auto mode, but I'm hoping to continue learning about the functions of the camera and get better with it over time.

When taking video, you are able to focus the camera mid-video with the focus button and change subjects easily during the middle of your video. I've found of course that the picture is sharper and clearer than the videos I was taking with my smaller point and shoot camera that I used previously...

I would highly recommend this camera to anyone that has been considering it - it has been a great purchase for us. We've enjoyed using it and are having a lot of fun learning about the different features on it. It is great for beginners who are new to DSLR cameras.
