It’s our pleasure to welcome special guest to the poddy, All Black #1206 Stephen Perofeta. Growing up in the small town of Wanganui, Stephen earned his way to All Black greatness through the support of his family, work ethic and natural ability. Stephen had a stellar 2021/2022 season in the super rugby pacific comp, earning him the black jersey. His first debut match lasted a total of 50 seconds in Christchurch against Argentina. He takes great pride in his efforts that got him to where he is today and says whether it was 50 seconds or 50minutes he is truly grateful for any opportunity given to him. Stephen says he has more to give and that the job isn’t finished yet.

Stephen now resides in Mangere, Auckland and is enjoying his rugby at the Auckland Blues. One of his quotes he lives by is to enjoy what you do and who you do it with commemorating the life of Sean Wainui.
