Kelly Lee Owens is a Welsh electronic artist, producer, and singer whose music blurs the lines between techno, ambient, and dream pop. Born in North Wales and based in London, Owens started out playing bass in indie bands before diving into the electronic scene — working in record shops, studios, and eventually crafting her own hypnotic sound.

Her 2017 self-titled debut album introduced the world to her unique blend of pulsing rhythms and ethereal vocals, earning widespread critical acclaim. With her second album, Inner Song (2020), Owens went even deeper — channeling personal transformation and emotion into lush, expansive soundscapes, featuring collaborations with legends like John Cale.

Known for her atmospheric live performances and striking remixes for artists such as Björk and St. Vincent, Kelly Lee Owens continues to push electronic music into new emotional territories.
