Here's a fingerstyle country guitar lick for all of you fingerpickers;-) I saw Doyle Dykes in 2016 at Guitar Guitar In Epsom, England promoting the Godin Guitars. I was sitting with my wife in the first row and Doyle before jumping on stage to deliver his mind blowing demo sat next to us and said hello;-) Seems like the coolest and nicest guys in the industry!

The lick I am teaching today comes from his video lesson on his website. Link below. The lick is based on idea on cascading open strings that ring out along fretted notes.
