The base all-wheel-drive Panamera 4 is an excellent companion on tight, winding roads, with a twin-turbocharged 2.9-liter V-6 engine that produces 348 horsepower and 368 pound-feet of torque. A hump on the front fender makes front corner placement easy, but standard lane keeping assist can be annoying.
