Saint Lary Mountain Bike Park (FRANCE) - My Best Trip Yet!

Saint Lary Mountain Bike Park in the village of the Pyrenees was truly my most EPIC adventure yet. This all came about as we were on a family holiday in La Riva - Southern France. I'd mentioned to the wife that I'd like to take the MTB along. See what's what..LOL

I'd been looking at the best place surrounding our holiday destination - and if I'm honest no matter where I wanted to go it was over a 3 hr drive.

Saint Lary Mountain Bike Park seemed to be the more popular choice and was covered better on YouTube already to get an idea what it was all about.

I went with my Brother-In-Law Mike and my nephew ie his son George and hit the trails. We did go out seperate ways to do what was within our comfort zones.

Saint Lary has around 10 trails for all abilities. Blue and the way to black. To ride them from 10am-4pm for just under £20 euros is something else.

All at a height of 7200ft was truly a spectacle. It really didn't feel real, Very hard to take in when you've never experienced something of this magnitude.

I managed some big stuff at Saint Lary, but also knew my limits missed some of the bigger features out. Didn't want to ruin the rest of the holiday if it went horribly wrong etc.
