1 pack of Goya red kidney beans
1/4 chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp adobo seasoning
1 can Coconut milk
2 green onion stalks
4 sprigs of thyme
1 habanero pepper (if you can find scotch bonnet pepper use that !! I just can never find it 😊)
Around 5-6 cups of water
