$1 million bail for man charged with killing 2 in construction zone crash

A million dollar bond set for a man charged with killing two people in a Pewaukee construction zone crash. In court records claims he "blacked out" because of epilepsy before a string of crashes.

However, prosecutors say Jade Moen knew he should not have been driving but he did anyway and
turned his vehicle into a weapon.
