On 10 August 2025, the Students’ Federation of India (SFI), Odisha organized a powerful protest in Bhubaneswar against the rising crimes on students and in demand of justice in the Fakir Mohan student death case.

During the protest, an SFI leader (Comrade) addressed students and the public, strongly condemning the failure of the system to ensure student safety.

The speech highlighted the urgent need for:-

1:-Justice for the Fakir Mohan student Strict action against the guilty.
2:-Safe and democratic educational campuses.
3:-Protection of students’ rights in Odisha.

SFI stands firmly with students and will continue its struggle against injustice, negligence, and suppression of student voices.
