YT Izzo UPDATE: Added the 150mm Fox 36

In my experience thus far, the 2021 YT Izzo has proven to be an awesome bike! I rode it completely stock (except for Cushcore XC) and dug it. The only real challenge I was facing was the Fox 34 and it bottoming on me pretty violently at times. I felt the solution would be the 150mm Fox 36 and I was right. Mason tossed it on and we rolled out to SoMo in Phoenix for a little test session.

The Izzo is a LEGIT bike! I've had a great time on it and it's proven to be pretty damn capable for everything I'm riding. It was time to swap out the fork and also the tires. I went with a 2.6 Butcher Grid Trail T9 in the front and a 2.3 version of that tire in the rear. It's a hell of a lot of tire for this bike, but I figured I'd give it a try.

As I said in the video, the 36 steps this thing up perfectly for me and how I ride. I really like to load heavy into the trail and pop around, the 34 just isn't designed for that purpose FOR A RIDER AS HEAVY AS ME and that rides the way I do. The rear of this thing is very capable and I'm digging the "balance" of it with this setup.
