It's been a while since I've vlogged and it looks like we'll be in isolation for some time so why not document that instead? Isolation may have kept me from traveling, but I still love creating new content for you all. This week, I really struggled with my depression and anxiety and I always want to be honest and transparent with you all. Here are a few ways that I am coping with depression and anxiety during isolation.
