In most cases, I would consider soloing old content a waste of time, but Kael is an exception because drops a very unique mount ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=32458 )

I am not the first person to solo this, but I felt a lot of the methods used in killing this boss needed to be polished and explained. Overall the fight is very easy if you have decent gear and you are patient with mind controls.
