Fuzz Caan (UK Athletics) gives a progressive step by step guide to how to develop your high jump training. Athletes are instructed on basic postural and running skills, first of all on a straight line and then in a curve, gradually building up specific jumping strength and endurance.

The lecture was part of Athletics Ireland's Coaching Mentoring program.
