What is Composable Commerce (and how does MACH compare)?

Still, struggling with what Composable Commerce is and what's the difference with #MACH? Find out now. Every week I get asked what is composable commerce? why should I care? and isn't it just MACH? So after answering this question several times at Amplience, I think I have worked out a way of describing what I believe #composablecommerce is and how MACH fits into the picture.
